1. Grab an umbrella: There is a 40 percent chance of showers after 11 a.m. and also a 30 percent chance of precipitation in the evening, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Stoneham. Temperatures are expected to top out around 60 degrees and dip down to 46 degrees at night. It's also expected to be a windy day, with gusts reaching the thirties throughout the day.

2. Come together: The , which consists of more than 50 churchgoers from several churches in town providing meals to people from the community, is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. at the , 1 Church St.

3. Spartans schedule: The  varsity squads have six games slated for Tuesday, including:

Home games

  • The girls' tennis team hosts Woburn at 3:30 p.m.
  • The girls' track team hosts Burlington at 3:30 p.m.

Away games

  • The boys' tennis team travels to Woburn to play at 3:30 p.m.
  • The boys' track team plays at Burlington at 3:30 p.m.
  • The baseball team travels to Wakefield to play at 3:45 p.m.
  • The softball team plays at Wakefield at 3:45 p.m.

4. Use your head: Team trivia starts at 8 p.m. at , 70 Walkers Brook Dr., Reading. Winners will receive cash prizes.
