“We have all the excuses in the world that keep us from moving forward and following through on our goals, but what people don’t realize is that the excuse they are giving is the exact reason they need to train their mind and body, to develop those weak areas that are getting in the way….

[Parents] may feel that they are very busy and need to stay on top of their responsibilities with their family and work; but if they don’t make the time to develop themselves, they will not have the energy and fortitude to be a good parent at home and have the edge at work to be a good leader. They will eventually burn out from stress, and instead of being able to handle their responsibilities, they will actually become more of a burden or a liability.”
