Sound Healing Practice in Winchester Sunday Afternoon March 2

Deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing, sound healing, which Dr. Oz, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Dr. Deepok Chopra all call 'the future of healing,' affects us right down to the molecular level. Come join SoundScapers at Yoga Mandala in Winchester as we build a temple of exquisite sound and tone, into which we'll wander as a community, seeking healing, release, and deep relaxation. Attendees lay on yoga mats (or sit in the available chairs) and are bathed in the sounds of chant, trance drumming, the shruiti box, the gong, the didgeridoo, and over 20 sound bowls. $25, email joeyghayes@comcast.net to register. Come treat yourself to some self-care, and find your bliss. Yoga Mandala is at 750 Main Street in Winchester. This event is happening on Sunday afternoon March 2, from 4-6:00 int eh afternoon. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided. Thanks for reading, and have a peaceful day.

“Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and potentially develop illness. Stress and negativity create blockages of a healthy flow of energy, showing up in the energy field around our body as lower energy disturbances at first, and later as illness in our physical body. Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward health..." “Thank you! One of the most amazing experiences of my life.” Dr. Beth C, Smithfield, RI
