Gerald Rd subdivision in on Planning Board agenda.  Stay informed on this projected subdivision adjacent to the possible Weiss Farm development.  How will this subdivision which even though plans do not show thru street to other side and connect to Spring it still can change things for your neighborhood.  Need to stay informed how this developer proposes to build and affect, Wetlands, water,electric, gas, public safety and natural setting of our neighborhoods.
