Last Chance to See Koalas, Birds of Prey this Summer at the Stone Zoo

This is the last week to see the koalas and of the creatures down under as well as the birds of prey exhibit at The Stone Zoo.

The Stone Zoo is the only zoo in the North East where visitors can see koalas this summer in their large cage filled with colorful budgies (parakeets). Visitors can purchase a seed stick so visitors can feed the budgies.

The Masters of Flight offers visitors an up-close view of birds of prey from all over the world, including bald eagles, king vultures, Eurasian eagle owls and black vultures. These magnificent birds are on display until Labor Day. There are three shows a day at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. until September 2.
