DESCRIPTION:In recognition of National Red Dress Day\, Hallmark Health Sy
 stem&rsquo\;s Cardiac &amp\; Endovascular Center invites women of all ag
 es to attend its seventh annual women and heart disease seminar. On Red 
 Dress Day\, Americans nationwide wear red in support of women&rsquo\;s h
 eart health. The day serves as a yearly reminder of the good news: this 
 deadly disease is largely preventable. Every person&mdash\;no matter the
 ir age\, sex\, or family history&mdash\;can take steps to protect their 
 heart.\n&nbsp\;\nParticipants will learn more about women and heart dise
 ase\, stroke prevention\, how stress\, exercise and wellness can affect 
 women&rsquo\;s health\, the importance of good nutrition\, and so much m
 ore. The event will also include a free luncheon\, raffles and lots of i
 nformation to help women stay healthy including blood pressure and body 
 mass index screenings and an informational session with pharmacists.\n&n
 bsp\;\nThe event will take place on Saturday\, Feb 2\, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 \, at Montvale Plaza\, 54 Montvale Ave.\, Stoneham. The event is free\,
