In February, seven single family homes in Stoneham were sold with an average list price of $295,957, an average sale price of $285,343 and the average days on the market (DOM) was 87. The sale price range was $137,500-$405,000.

As of March 9, there were 32 active single-family homes for sale on MLS, with an average list price being $456,516, the average DOM is 147 and the list price range is from $209,900-$697,500.
