FOUND: Five-Month-Old Puppy Found Saturday
Dog escaped foster home in the Crystal Drive area Thursday afternoon.
UPDATE: 1:30 p.m.: As reported on Stoneham Patch's Facebook page, little five-month-old Trooper was found Saturday morning.
According to his foster mother, Trooper was "found in the woods, curled under a tree." A searcher followed Trooper's tracks and found him Saturday.

The lost pup's foster family thanked the Facebook community for helping, calling volunteers "seriously amazing people."

UPDATE: 4:30 p.m.: Searchers believe Trooper may be in the Stone Zoo area, near Ravine Road and the Melrose line.
Foster parents of a five-month-old puppy are anxiously searching for the dog, who went missing Thursday afternoon from a Crystal Drive home in Stoneham.
According to two tips received at Stoneham Patch, Trooper, pictured here, escaped the Crystal Drive yard around 2 p.m. Thursday and was last seen in the area of Stevens, Franklin and Chapel Way.
He is timid, but is very young and likely scared. Call Save-A-Dog if you see Trooper at 978-443-7282.
