Check out the "Patch Facts" column for Jan. 18.

1. Speak up: Let us know what you think Stoneham officials should focus on the most in 2012 by taking our poll and post a brief comment explaining your vote. Voting ends at 5 p.m. on Thursday and we'll post the results on Friday.

2. Grab some marshmallows! Don't forget to tell us where you go to get your hot chocolate in the Stoneham area, as we're looking to feature the top five vote-getters in our weekly "Patch Picks" list on Thursday at 3 p.m. Voting ends at noon on Thursday.

3. Take a hike! The Friends of the Middlesex Fells Reservation is set to have an informative walk from 9:15-11:30 a.m. Wednesday starting out of the parking lot at Bellevue Pond, 68 South Border Road, Medford. Boot Boutwell will lead the discussion on how to indentify trees and shrubs during the winter.

4. Dealing with headaches? Attend a holistic seminar for migraine management starting at 6:30 p.m. at The Barefoot Dragonfly. The class cost is $25.
