Tai Chi for Arthritis Class Resumes May 8 at Stoneham Senior Center

The Arthritis Foundation's Tai Chi for Arthritis Class resumes Tuesday, May 8 at 1 p.m. at the Stoneham Senior Center, 136 Elm St.
Regular participants enjoy the class and say it makes them feel better, happier and more relaxed.
The Tai Chi for Arthritis Class is scientifically proven to reduce falls. It improves balance, strengthens muscles and improves flexibility. Other benefits include improved posture and coordination, relieves stress, improves concentration and memory, increases circulation, improves heart and lung function, enhances the flow of Qi and integrates body and mind.
