The Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham and Wakefield are excited to announce the 9th Annual Bowl-a-thon to be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 10:00am-1:00pm at the Wakefield Bowladrome, 92 Water Street, Wakefield, MA.  Mark your calendar and join us for a game that anybody can play, rain is not a problem, and getting a strike is a good thing. 

Teams welcome and team spirit encouraged!  Gather up friends, family, neighbors or coworkers and start a team or two.  Spread the word and challenge another team to a bowl-off to compete for points, money raised, or team spirit.  Game on for a great cause!  The individual who raises the most money will win tickets to see the Red Sox!

Dust off something polyester, register yourself or your team, collect pledges, and come on down to one of the original gems in Wakefield for some good old-fashioned fun!  Age 2 to 102 welcome, dress casual (polyester not required), no bowling experience necessary, and smiles unavoidable upon arrival. 

There are two ways to support this truly fun fundraiser.  You can either register to bowl or you can sponsor participating bowlers, prizes, food, or a lane.  Register by emailing info@bgcstoneham.org or by visiting either 15 Dale Ct., Stoneham, MA or the Wakefield Bowladrome.  Collect at least $25 in pledges per person and meet us at the lanes on Sunday, May 19, 2013, 10:00am – 1:00pm. There will be prizes for most money raised, high scores, and most strikes.
