Anita Lamantea was named Agent of the Year of 2012 for Century 21 CELLI at the office’s annual Agent of the Year breakfast at Pignone’s Café on January 31^st. A plaque and gift were awarded to Lamantea by Broker/Owner, Craig Celli and the Agent of the Year for 2011, Nicole Fabiano. Anita is no stranger to success in real estate having been in the business for 35 years. Dedication and passion are two words that come to mind when people think of Anita. She is a familiar face around the office and she is always willing to help fellow agents. “I am so proud to be able to work with Anita. She brings wisdom and energy to the office. Anita truly cares about the people she works with,” Office Coordinator, Coleen Skinner said.

In October, Anita was honored for being a Lifetime Member of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS ®, given to Members who have given over 30 years of service to EMAR and the community. A ceremony took place at the Hillview Country Club in North Reading where she was presented a plaque in front of fellow EMAR REALTORS ®, family, friends and her Century 21 CELLI family.

“As a child my family was involved in real estate.  I heard the name Anita Lamantea for many years, and now, I am so proud to be working side by side with her.  For Anita to continue this high level of energy and success for so many years, I am privileged to work with her,” said Owner Craig J. Celli.

Anita is committed to every client she gets, and is spoken highly of by not only past clients and coworkers, but realtors that she works alongside as well.

“I am honored to receive the 2012 Agent of the Year award from Century 21 CELLI. It is a privilege to be affiliated with such a professional office,” Anita remarked after receiving her award.

In addition to real estate, Anita has been on various school boards, speaks several languages and loves to spend time with her family.  She has three wonderful daughters, Laura DiTullio, Karen Armato, and Andrea Zipper, as well as eight grandchildren of whom she adores. A longtime Stoneham resident, Anita knows the importance of community. Five of her eight grandchildren attend Stoneham Public Schools and she has made many lifelong connections in town.
